The Gurwin Social Adult Day Program runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Participants have the option of choosing the number of days of attendance, as well as either a full or half day.
Gurwin’s Adult Day Programs follow all CDC and NYS Department of Health infection control guidance to ensure the safety of our participants, their families and Gurwin’s staff.
Listed below are the required enrollment forms for new and returning participants. Please complete and return as soon as possible to secure your spot — due to strict adherence to infection control guidance, space will be limited.
