Social Workers on each unit assist residents and their family with adjustment to the Center. We understand that becoming comfortable in a new environment takes time. Our staff of certified social workers is experienced in providing counseling to individuals and families and facilitating support groups. Social workers advocate for each individual resident's needs and preferences. Our comprehensive knowledge of community resources enables us to provide discharge planning for residents returning to the community.
