nursing staff has the knowledge and experience necessary to provide skilled care
in a home-like atmosphere. Professional nursing staff are on duty 24-hours-a-day,
seven days-a-week. Our Certified Nursing Assistants are carefully screened and
trained in-house by our Education Department who updates and maintains the quality
of all nursing staff skills. Care is delivered by a dedicated, compassionate nursing
staff, who are sensitive to the needs of the elderly.
Nursing care is provided through an Interdisciplinary Team approach to maximize
the total level of care received by our residents. Specialized programs are provided
to expand the ability and capacity of our residents.
Many of our nursing staff have acquired Bachelor's and Master's degrees, plus
special skills and training in areas such as:
- Wound Care
- Continuous Abdominal Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD)
- Tracheostomy Care
- Intravenous Infusion Therapy (IV)
- Pain Management
- Respiratory Care
- Nursing Rehabilitation
- Hospice Care
- Ventilator Dependent Program
Our staff believes that the family plays a crucial role in care planning; therefore,
family members are continually kept abreast of the care of their loved ones. |
