How do you screen and supervise the aides and employees who work in
people's homes?
Each candidate's credentials and background is carefully checked, and references
are verified. We look for people who have the appropriate qualifications to do
the job, and the personality to handle the psychological and emotional needs of
an elderly patient. We hire the kind of people we would want to care for our own
family members. Registered nurses provide oversight of the activities of all staff
on an ongoing basis.
