The Gurwin Auxiliary

The Gurwin Auxiliary's mission is to provide life enhancements to residents of the Gurwin Jewish Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Our Board of Directors is composed of community members who plan and conduct special events, and contribute artistic talents and business expertise to ensure that the Auxiliary's mission is fulfilled. Among the programs supported by our Auxiliary are Strolling Minstrels, Adult Education Graduation, holiday socials and holiday gifts to each resident. Other special touches include the provision of tablecloths in our dining rooms, a closed-circuit television system, a children's playground, a large-screen video projection system, an aviary, an aquarium, and the installation of a satellite television system for the enjoyment of residents.
