Dialysis at Gurwin

The Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is pleased to partner with Island Rehabilitative Services to provide dialysis to our long- and short-term residents, adult day health program participants, assisted living residents and home care patients.  In addition, our 12-station, state-of-the-art dialysis center is open to members of the community.  The dialysis center opened in 2008 and is operational six days a week, four shifts per day.

As with all of our programs, the dialysis unit is staffed by experienced and caring professionals whose only concern is our patient's well-being.  Doctors, dietitians and social workers are available for consultation as needed.
