Commack, NY— The conclusion of the Gurwin Jewish Geriatric Center Annual Photo Contest will bring more than 40 new photos to the health care facility, with winners in categories such as People, Pets, Nature, Computer Enhanced, Travel, Landscapes and Children. The contest is sponsored by The Tiffen Company (Hauppauge). Judges for the Contest this year included Tony Lopez (East End Studio); Dennis Gardner (The Visual Image); and Harry Hofmann (Lake Grove) of the Tiffen Company.

The Gurwin Jewish Geriatric Center is a 460-bed nursing care facility located in Commack, Long Island. Gurwin offers skilled nursing care, adult day health care, respiratory and ventilator dependent care, subacute care, short-term rehabilitation, hospice care, home care and assisted living.
