At Gurwin’s Assisted Living Community, residents are part of a social network, where they can make friends and enjoy fine dining, trips and other activities they’ve always loved.
While Assisted Living is designed to maximize each resident’s independence and wellness, being part of the Gurwin Healthcare System’s Life Plan Community provides an added layer of security for our residents; should they ever need it, additional levels of care are available, right here on our Gurwin campus. Our Assisted Living residents have priority admission to all Gurwin programs and services, including our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, memory care, home care, day care and on-site dialysis. The System also includes Fountaingate Gardens, an Independent Living Life Plan Community and many other specialty services to serve the needs of older adults on Long Island.
